HOW DOES IT WORK YOU ASK?

Each referral that results in a closed real estate transaction will generate a donation of $2,500 to 501(c)(3) charities and non-profits throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

The goal is to distribute $100,000+ every year
that’s the equivalent of 40 closed deals in the community outreach program per year.

OH, AND TO DEMONSTRATE

If we close even more deals, then we’ll happily exceed the:

After years of contributing to and elevating the community,  
Erik Schuler, Founder of Team Schuler, wanted to do more.

His team was already very involved in community philanthropy,
but he knew there had to be a way to extend the amount and impact. 
He was looking to redefine “paying it forward.”

Three factors drove his vision

1st

He believed any program he designed needed to be ongoing. He wasn’t interested in developing something that was just a brand push for a specific season.

2nd

He decided not to place limits on its growth – only with no limits could the program do the most good possible. Instead, he set goals to drive it forward.

3rd

He was determined to create something that was bigger than one person – it had to rely on a network. So he built it as a referral program that could streng then the community network and support everyone.

With these things in mind, a team was pulled together to establish and launch this ground-breaking program – a program that would serve as a hub of giving and philanthropic success.

We Want to be the Hero

Refer a friend and select a charity. It’s that simple.

And by “friend,”

we mean friend, family member, co-worker, neighbor,
or anyone else you think would benefit from working with us.

When your friend’s deal closes,
$2,500 gets donated to your charity

in your name. Refer as many people as you like. Select the same charity every time or choose a new one with each referral. It’s up to you. We’re just here to distribute the funds as you see fit.

We will be tracking the community outreach program progress. Our goal is to donate $100,000+ to local charities every year.

Once a month, the site will be updated with the total amount  allocated to charities and the number of charities selected.

Once a quarter, Team Schuler will distribute funds to all qualified charity referrals.
