Christina has earned three National Association of Realtors designations- Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) , Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

As a PSA, she helps buyers understand the pricing of their potential home, helping them make the most well-informed decision when making their offer. She works closely with sellers for their home valuation, to strategically position it on the market for the highest return possible.

Effective negotiation skills are essential in every aspect of real estate. Christina is dedicated to fully advocating for her clients using the power of negotiation and is RENE certified.

Selling or buying a home can be an emotional time, often involving other life decisions. As a SRES, Christina has unique training to make the process less stressful and more successful.

From real estate transactions to community involvement and everything in between, Christina brings thoughtfulness and her caring spirit into all her work. Whether she is listing your home, taking you on property tours, or sitting across from you at the negotiating table, Christina makes sure all her work is done with integrity.

Christina received the Mayor’s Award on November 14, 2019, given by Pleasanton’s Mayor, Jerry Thorne. “This award is given to the individual who exemplifies volunteerism in its truest form. Her commitment and dedication to her family and her community has helped make Pleasanton the very best version of itself,” said Mayor Thorne.

In presenting the award, Mayor Jerry Thorne commended Christina as someone who “embodies selfless service and captures the true essence of community volunteerism.” He continued by saying “Time and time again, Christina has demonstrated how limitless a person’s compassion to serve others above self can be.”

Christina received the Juanita Haugen Community of Character award on May 21, 2019, given by the Community of Character Collaborative. This honor is given to individuals in the community that exemplify the program’s values of Responsibility, Compassion, Self-Discipline, Honesty, Respect and Integrity.

Christina, along with her family, founded The Planting Love Project, a program encouraging people to anonymously gift plants to community members. It officially launched on Dec 29th, 2020 in the hopes of raising spirits during the pandemic but has continued to grow its reach ever since. The Planting Love Project has not only reached communities nationwide, but England, Italy, and Holland.
